I went to three interviews in total. First, it was with HR staff for the Concierge position. When they learned I had experience as a secretary, they offered me to interview for the Secretary of HR department instead. The second interview was also with an HR staff, and they asked me the exact same questions as the previous interview. At the end of the interview, they informed me that I would have a user interview with the Head of the HR department the following day. Turned out, it wasn't with the Head of HR but a supervisor in the HR department. They asked me more detailed questions about my past experience and relevancy to the position. Unfortunately, I never heard from them after the third interview. I tried contacting the HR staff who informed me about the first interview via Whatsapp, but I never got a reply from them at all.
