Their interview process is fairly simple. You get an email and have a zoom interview to accept or decline your offer letter. Then you wait about a week and start your 2 week training.

Easy. Simple. Prepare for interview with sample questions and practice answers for a CSR at Maximus. Be yourself and provide personable answers rather than some that you’ve copied from someone else online.

Tell me about a time I handled a difficult customer and what I did to change the customers presentation on the company.
Pretty straight forward. First they had a little presentation set up. Was a group with 3 recruiters. After the presentation you have a one on one interview with one of the recruiters. They asked 6 questions, 3 behavioral questions and 3 tech questions.
