Contacted via telephone for a "phone screen". Lasted approximately 5 minutes. Was told I would be contacted in 3 weeks. Two days later I was contacted by a guy who asked if I would be available for an "in person, panel interview in one week". The next day, the same guy called me and conducted the second interview via telephone. The next day I was contacted and asked to appear at the department of labor for an interview. Two days later, I interviewed with two operations managers. The interview lasted 5 minutes and I was offered the position at the interview.
The interview questions were typical behavioral questions. For example, "tell us abouot a time when you didn't get along with a supervisor...how did you handle it?" Another question, "Tell us about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer". These were the exact same questions asked on the phone interviews.
