When I was interviewed I had a one on one with a floor supervisor and they asked the generic questions most companies do when they interview, After I got hired though I noticed they stop doing face to face interviews at my location.

Interview
For my job role you have to come in through a temp agency. Generally you find the position online either through Apple One, ChaseSource, MMC Group or some other temp service. To apply you send in the form and your resume, so they can have it on file, and you take some entry exams. If you pass those, which involve listening skills, typing speed, etc. You will make it to orientation. It is temp to hire.
