I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Maximus (Beverley, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
Initially contacted through a recruitment company. Friendly professional staff. Had an hours telephone screening to make sure I was eligible to proceed for a face to face interview. Recruitment company gave me lots of support to prepare for this. My face to face interview included 2 very nice ladies from Maximus , one of which was working in a similar role to the one I was applying for. The interview lasted approximately 3/4 hour. I was then asked to go into a different room and complete a question and answer type test, based on a scenarios., completed on word processor.
