One of the supervisors ask you general questions about your last job and how you deal with customers at your last job. They mostly want to know about your attendance because of the high turn over rate from people not showing up to work.

What did you like about your last job. Tell me about a difficult time you had with a customer and what you did to resolve the issue. Tell how many time you called in at your last job. Can you commit to the 6 weeks with missing a day for the training?

Interview
The interview process does not apply as reps are hired through temporary agencies on a 6 month conversion process. The interview process will be different based upon the agency that you apply to work with. You do not interview when coming over as a full time permanent employee. You are required however to attend a converstion orientation with I9 documents and a deeper backround check.

Interview
it was a pretty lengthy process, before the interview they send you a lot of information to prepare for the interview such as what questions are to be asked during etc. Also to research the company thoroughly, overall it was interesting.
