There is no interview process for the CSR position. There used to be a typing test required. I believe they still make you do that online. The required WPM was 24 minimum.

Tell me about a time I handled a difficult customer and what I did to change the customers presentation on the company.
Pretty straight forward. First they had a little presentation set up. Was a group with 3 recruiters. After the presentation you have a one on one interview with one of the recruiters. They asked 6 questions, 3 behavioral questions and 3 tech questions.
