Maximus Help Desk Supervisor interview questions

HR brought me in for an interview and that same day I was called for my salary requirements. My salary was too high I was told for them $70,000, I was also told that I was interviewing for two positions. Management and Supervisor both in the IT department. I submitted formal application and references. This was over a week ago. I expected a written offer by now. The details of the job were not disclosed however, until after the interview. A bit shady, one important detail is the schedule, 10-7 pm.
