Interview
Interview was pretty easy. A recruiter reached out to me after seeing my resume online and an interview was scheduled for that week. The process itself was your run of the mill ‘20-questions’ type interview just checking boxes off a list. After that I had another interview with the nursing director where basic experience and interest questions were asked. After hiring there was a competency exam that any nurse should easily be able to pass.

Brief interview, they ask about your past experiences with medically fragile children and what type of medical equipment have you used. Welcoming atmosphere, plenty of opportunities for advancement within the company
