It was a normal interview process, 3 step approach, 1st interview with HR Business Partner, who was very professional and gathered the basic details in terms of my experience and successes. 2nd interview was with the hiring manager, MD of APAC, where some discussion around the potential strategy that i will deploy to build and expand the business for Maxgrip around the APAC region. And the last interview was with Maxgrip's CEO and HR Director, where the discussion was more about the aspiration that I have when joining Maxgrip, and on my personal view on culture and working ethics. All was done professionally, and with very open conversation. The final decision to join was due to the openess of Maxgrip's CEO, sharing about Maxgrip as an employee owned company, and that every decision made is for the betterment of all Maxgrip employee, and our valued clients globally.
