The program starts with tests. First a set of 60 questions, to be done in 10 minutes, afterwards a 45 minute test of harder questions. If you pass both you are selected to answer video questions.
3 OAs, I got very good results. But send reject letter to me after that. CV may more important than you ability. The OAs is easy, just a probability and mental math. Full marks is not hard, and you will remain a lot of time after you have done.

There are three OA assessments before human interview. I got almost full marks artic shores, with only one category get level 3 instead of 4. For the interview, he asked something normal and simple, including arithmetic math and probability. Try to answer these questions fast with short explanation. The interview is 15 mins only, so instead of explaining everything, try answer it shortly and clearly.

Medium - Hard. Market Making questions. OA -> First Round Tech -> Final Round Onsite (Technical + Behavioral). Did not get offer. Interviewers were friendly but gave harsh feedback. Would interview here again though.
