I spend about an hour with the store manager. She asked me the same questions in a slightly different manner to see if this would change my response. I had worked for the company before so I already knew what she was doing and how to handle it.

Interview
Was very quick and questions were not difficult great for an entry level management job. Focused on basic leadership skills and customer service. You will have 2 interviews minimum starting with the general manager then the district manager.
Pretty simple. Brief conversation with store lead about past experience and current role expectations. Very laid back company and demands. Conversation did happen in person at the retail store itself in their back room.
Questions about deescalate situations, goals, experience, how to build teamwork etc. They also asked about role play situations regarding employees and leadership. Like how to handle a situation where an employee is not following standards or expectations
