Easy not hard at all. They want people so really just asked me about life also I worked at Sleepys before. THey asked me how was it working at Sleepys and what were their major stores and etc.
Multiple interviews good people was a longer process than it should have been. Was easy but long. Started with phone interview and ended with a round table interview I think

Interview
Application is completed online then if selected there is a web interview then that is followed by a one on one in person interview. Its pretty standard as far as most processes go however the extra web interview felt unnecessary.
Regular basic 50 questions. Some questions are challenging. Be on time and have confidence in your answers. Do your research on the company and your past employers. Bring a resume.
