Recruiter found me online, scheduled 30 minute screening interview with recruiter. Hiring manager phone interview couple weeks later. Hiring manager had me come into office to meet potential team and show me around office. It was a very informal interview. The team members I met were polite and it was a pleasant experience.

They had me troubleshoot a piece of equipment that was "not working" to see how I approached problem solving.
How can I be expected to make major change to the business's fundamental process (which was almost nonexistent) without the fangs to remove the impediments?
