Matrix Partners interview questions

HR is arrogant . I was a referral but says that I am here because someone referred you but don't think you are good enough. That was the first line of the conversation. If that was the case then why even have an interview & waste time. Just to show that she gave a fair chance.

Good. The interviewer is professional but is likely to ask sharp questions. Many in-depth behavioral questions and some technical questions based on your resume and experience. The interview time is relatively long but will give you feedback quickly.
