Interview
I went for a casual interview where they sat me down with 2 of the head teachers and then asked me a series of questions based off of my CV. They printed the CV and had it in front of them as they were asking questions. Once I passed that round, they invited me back separately for an interview where I was to give a lesson based on some materials that they gave me on the subjects I was applying to teach. They also gave me feedback on my teaching style.

What do you want to do in your career, say in 3 years time?
After applying online, HR called me and asked me about my background and why I was interested in the role. A few days later, I was invited to the next round, which was a face to face interview. The face to face interview had similar questions about my background, and I was then invited to the next face to face interview, which was a teaching demonstration.
