Interview
I really enjoyed my interview at the Mathworks. The people seems really smart and motivated. I think they have a hard time hiring senior technical people from other companies. The culture is very much to join right after college and grow with the company. Since it's privately held, the culture is a bit insular.

Question 1
How would you balance travel and getting things done in the office?
Initially I was asked to send a short video for which they have already send me questions. Each question had 30 sec to reply. Questions were simple HR type .
Second round was online aptitude and coding. If you have prepared well you will clear this . Unfortunately I couldn't clear this stage.

Interview
It submitted my resume on the company online application system and got a call from HR a week later. It focused on my previous experience and project. She said the resume would be forwarded to the higher level technical manager and they would call back when there was a match. So far no call.
