The interview process consisted of two stages. The first round was with HR, focusing on general background, motivation, and availability. The second round was with the hiring manager and was more technical, covering topics directly related to the job description, including design, problem-solving, and practical experience. Overall, the process was structured and relevant to the role.
Interview with HR for first round. Then with one of the relevant team members and technical interview for the second round, asking things from resume as usual and then there will be a technical test.

The interview with the Hiring Manager went well asking common background and experience questions. Very clear and straight forward with all answers to my questions. The HR interview was very poor like the times before with my experience. HR reviewed my resume and turned me down without even asking any questions so I could elaborate on my experience in my resume, even though the Hiring Manager indicated that I would be a great fit for the job.
