The application to interview time took quite a bit. Then you review with different people throughout the team. Super helpful if you know someone who already works at the company -- most hires have an internal referral. I believe they keep your resume in a pool, if promising, and wait until a good fit pops up. So if the open opportunities don't align 100%, it might still be worth it to submit an application.
