The process for the Corporate Security intern was fairly simple. There were three interviews, all which are conducted online. Initially, you submit your resume, and if successfully screened, you move onto a one way interview. In the one way interview, they give you fairly complex behavioural questions - ensure you follow the STAR answer form. If you are successful, you have an interview with the manager. This interview is mostly technical, with some scenario questions and basic icebreakers, although the questions are fairly simple. If successful in this round, you move onto an interview with the director. There are a mix of scenario, behavioural and technical questions -- seemingly to see if you are a good culture fit. The interview process was fantastic and everyone was very kind, interesting and made you feel welcome. My tips for anyone applying is to just be yourself, be confident (fake it till you make it) and prepare extensively beforehand!
