Waste of time. The first round of the recruiter was unenthusiastic - nothing to write home about. They shared about the hiring process; the first round was a case study for which I was given 3 working days (their expectation was I work on the case study over the weekday as well) to make a presentation and submit it. The next interview was with the hiring manager to present the my deck, which the hiring manager had not pre-read despite being specifically asked to send it in advance for the hiring manager to pre-read. Another very uninspiring interview. Weeks have gone by and despite multiple follow-ups, there is no response on my application. Today I get an automated email asking to share about "candidate experience" which I took as an indication. I login to the candidate portal and see that they have decided to go with another candidate. No follow-up, no feedback, no notification. Just left the candidate hanging in the dark. Not expected from a company like Mastercard. Would not recommend them!
