2-3 stages, one with HR and one with a Panel of Directors, VP and SVP. The one with HR was more generic. Sell your data skills. The one with Panel was an elevator pitch about yourself and a deepdive into your capabilities and strengths - this is where you’ll need to differentiate yourselves completely.

Interview
There were three rounds of interviews, all of which were conducted face-to-face. My hiring manager made herself available, and provided prompt replies to any questions I had with regard to the interview process, job description and the company as a whole.
Clear communications throughout the whole process, reduced uncertainty and made the interview and hiring process at MasterCard a smooth one.
