My first interview was with a recruiter over Teams. She didn't show up to my first scheduled interview (later emailing me to tell me she ran into technical issues). We rescheduled for the next day, and it was maybe 10 minutes long and mostly just confirmed that I had applied for this position and that I had the experience listed on my resume. The next interview was held over Teams with three employees, presumably from the team I was interviewing for. They were not pleasant to speak to at all, and instead of asking me about things like my process, problem-solving, or analytic abilities, I was asked very menial technical questions. About 20 minutes into the interview, I could tell they weren't interested in my answers. The entire process felt very hostile and unprofessional.
