      Interview

I applied online. and received the phone interview about one week later. The interviewer is VP of manufacturing. The interview process lasted about 15 minutes, and actually it is an informal conversation. He asked me two questions, introduced yourself and what is your goal five years later. He also asked me whether I could speak Japanese, because that company is held by Japanese.
