Very easy application. Helps if you have previous experience working a front desk or working at massage Envy in general. Really just wants to see if your personality fits and will mesh well.
The interview was not bad at all, I interviewed with one of the managers and then for the second interview it was with the manager and the owner. For the first interview I had to fill out a hard copy of the application. For the second interview I had to memorize a script and fill out a background check after the interview
Lack luster and fairly easy. Manager at the time did not care to hire me on for a long time and new I was a temp worker while In school so she didn't bother going over much of my responsibilities.
Short questions. Easy. Asks about sales experience and customer service. It seems like a good first job. It does appear you would need to work some nights and weekends. You get paid commission for sales on memberships and products.
