Interview
Quick. Filled out paperwork, tax forms, and direct deposit forms before even going in. When I was there it was about 15 minutes, I think something that could describe the whole experience was being told they were looking for those who were lost and didn't know what they wanted to do next (career-wise).
The interview process was easy and straightforward. There was a focus on customer service and how to handle certain customer interactions. Talking to the hiring manager felt like a conversation and was very easy with little pressure.
Just asked about me, my strength and weaknesses and what my availability was like. It was a very casual conversation with the manager there at the location. She made me feel super comfortable and was easy to talk to. It didn’t really feel like an interview which was super nice
