Interview
Asked to memorize a sales script to pitch to the manager like as if I was pitching her the wellness program they offer there. Then after pitching the manager askes more about your experience leading up to this job and the reason why you left previous positions.
The interview process was easy and straightforward. There was a focus on customer service and how to handle certain customer interactions. Talking to the hiring manager felt like a conversation and was very easy with little pressure.
Just asked about me, my strength and weaknesses and what my availability was like. It was a very casual conversation with the manager there at the location. She made me feel super comfortable and was easy to talk to. It didn’t really feel like an interview which was super nice
