Interview
I applied online and they called me within a few days. I went to the interview which was very short and felt slightly rushed. The owner of the actually store was sitting in on the interview so pressure was definitely on.

Question 1
How would you handle a situation where a customer is being difficult?
Very easy application. Helps if you have previous experience working a front desk or working at massage Envy in general. Really just wants to see if your personality fits and will mesh well.
Lack luster and fairly easy. Manager at the time did not care to hire me on for a long time and new I was a temp worker while In school so she didn't bother going over much of my responsibilities.
Short questions. Easy. Asks about sales experience and customer service. It seems like a good first job. It does appear you would need to work some nights and weekends. You get paid commission for sales on memberships and products.
