One 30 minute round followed by a reference check. In the interview round, they share the project for the summer and ask you questions about your interests. Overall very easy process.

I applied online to the Health Care Transformation and Innovation team and received a request for an interview about 1-2 weeks later. The phone interview was standard but they definitely screen your passion for health policy. They want to know that you are committed to advancing health equity.
