I was called and asked to interview. First I had a phone interview with HR then proceeded to interview with the Nurse Manager of the IV Department in person. The interview was not very lengthy as I can recall, but thorough. It took place in a small office which may seem a little untraditional, but to me seemed to be a little bit more comfortable and was easier to communicate with the nurse manager. The process I thought was a little lengthy as it took maybe a month or more to hear back, but I did end up getting the job!
