The process was a total of 4 rounds of interviews. 1. Pre-recorded answers online 2. Phone interview with HR 3-4. Zoom interviews with Management/Employees I flew through the interviews. All four rounds took me about a month. They followed up with me a couple times after the final round to let me know that they were still interviewing which was very courteous. I followed up a couple weeks after that and received the same answer. So after a total of 8 high anxiety weeks after the final interview, I was told that they went with someone else who had more experience. Great company and I would be happy to work for them, however letting a candidate sit for eight weeks just to give them bad news is the polar opposite of ideal.
