Marywood University interview questions

First red flag was a couple of days before the interview they decided to reschedule it for almost 2 weeks later, which I thought was odd. At the interview they were very cold and disinterested in me from the start. They asked me questions as if I had years of expertise despite it clearly stating on my resume that I’m a recent grad. They just went through the motions and clearly had someone else in mind. Not even all the members of the panel showed up. Very humiliating and a waste of my time. I withdrew consideration because I already had an offer somewhere else and I definitely didn't see myself fitting into this cold awkward setting.

Horrible follow up. I needed to constantly contact. If you are male and older, forget it. They are mostly female and looking for kids right out of college. Poor compensation
