Extremely condescending and a waste of my time. I felt like I was being shamed for experience that was missing on my resume. If my experience did not include what they were looking for, did they not bother to review my application in the first place?

Initial screening interview was about 20-25 minutes with two current employees (one attorney and a legal advocate). Learned about the organization's mission, departments, and more about the role. Be prepared with an elevator pitch and for common interview questions.
