Interview
They reached out to me over the phone, and scheduled a phone interview for the coming week. The phone interview lasted 30 minutes, and was a group interview. They then arranged to fly me to Warroad for an in person interview, and showed me the plant, as well as the town. In person interview was an hour long group interview, followed by tour, lunch, and a period for asking questions.

How would you respond to a worker being injured on a machine on the job?
They have an efficient interview process. Interviewed over the phone, followed by a Teams meeting, then traveled to the factory for an in-person interview. Travel costs were reimbursed shortly after the visit.
