Met with Director of Operations, Manager, co-workers and HR person. It was an all day affair, sometimes many wait periods in between interviews. Everyone friendly.

Had to explain tester and feedback loops and why they can cause problems. Sometimes tough to remember details especially in interview situation. Also needed to understand transistor physics of CMOS technology.

Screening with a senior engineer, then two interviews with two principal engineers, then lastly a final interview with the engineering manager, took around 2 weeks for the entire process, every interview had a little bit of technical aspect to it

2 rounds of technical interview. Be strong with Basics, Tester HW Concepts. Strong with ATE testing concepts. Explain debug experience etc ... like what you have encountered. Explain your contribution in debug clearly. Highlight your coding skills
