I applied through university. I interviewed at Martin Sprocket & Gear in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process initially seemed really promising and productive, and I was told I would hear back regarding a second interview by the end of the week to the following week. Unfortunately, several months passed without any update/communication, despite multiple follow-ups within that timeframe with different contacts within the company.
I understand that not every candidate will be selected, but candidates deserve basic communication after investing time in an interview process and being told to expect a response back regarding a second interview.
Finally declined after about 3 months when the original timeframe was at EOW to the following week.
