I applied in-person. I interviewed at Marshalls (Dublin, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Part-time jobs just fill out forms and wait for them to call. If they haven't called, it is advisable to call them and ask about the progress. If you happen to meet the manager when filling out the form, you may be able to get the offer on the spot.

Question 1
The part-time job is very simple. After filling out the form, ask when you can come to work.
The interview process consisted of getting to know you, why you would be a good fit for this role, asking questions on hypothetical situations as an associate, and your availability.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Marshalls

Cool process, nothing to worry about. Go in and be your best self. It was a fairly simple process more of a nice conversation, but still prepare I would say. Best tip I have is just have eye contact
