Interview
I applied and got a call for the interview the next day. It was only a seasonal hire for the holidays. The interview went well. I got a call back a few days later. I took the offer and after 4 months of being on seasonal, I was an official hire.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very basic situational "What would you do" type of questions and very customer experience based. What are your streghths and weaknesses; how do you handle stress, etc.
Interview process was straight forward and easy, she did not ask that many questions. I answered all of them and was offered the job on the spot. We had 4 hours of paid training before starting my first official shift
Was given the first interview and felt good about it then went to another one and the manager there is very uninterested in the applicants. Started to ask me what role I wanted as if I had a choice and I said whatever is fine and she looked unhappy with that answer
Easy and it was very quick. It was in person and it last for fifteen minutes the interview. It was only one interview process to get hired for the job.
