Interview
It’s a 10-15 minuets interview and is very easy and I had a 1 on 1 interview with the hiring manager. They don’t tell you if you have the job on the spot but they let you do all the talking.
Straight forward simple interview questions. The staff was nice and it was during the seasonal season. Did an application, got a call back in within 2weeks, interviewed and got an offer in the next couple of days .
The interview was very easy and simple. They asked a few questions about experience, strengths, weaknesses and education. It was a professional yet casual setting. Overall, they just want to know if you have the right personality or experience to do the job well.
It was easy and chill. The questions were not too hard, and the environment was warm. Make sure you know a little bit about the company's background and operations. But overall it was good. Good Luck!
