I initially went into the Marshalls store over 2 years ago to talk to the manager about getting a job there. I filled out the applicaiton online after I went in and they called me in for an interview the next day. The interview was very comfortable, and involved very basic questions. There were also three other canidates being interviewed along with me.
Asked what availability I have for part time seasonal work. Asked about historical job experience, how to handle specific tasks, asked for references. Asked if you can lift to a certain weight and stock items etc.

Interview
Pretty short and straight to the point. Ask you basic scenarios, past work experiences, all that good stuff. They also ask technical questions like are you a us citizen and what not. But overall super easy.
The interview process was quite easy and the interviewers were nice. There was a 10 minute phone screening and then a 20 minute interview with the manager at the store location.
