I applied in-person. I interviewed at Marshalls (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Easy going interview with basic questions. Managers want to get to know you, as long as you're genuine about your customer service there shouldn't be a problem. First interview was about 10 minutes, 2nd interview was about 20 minutes, I had a casual conversation with the other manager, let her get to know me, 3rd interview with SM was very easy going yet professional.

Interview
Cool process, nothing to worry about. Go in and be your best self. It was a fairly simple process more of a nice conversation, but still prepare I would say. Best tip I have is just have eye contact

Asked what availability I have for part time seasonal work. Asked about historical job experience, how to handle specific tasks, asked for references. Asked if you can lift to a certain weight and stock items etc.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Marshalls
Interview
Pretty short and straight to the point. Ask you basic scenarios, past work experiences, all that good stuff. They also ask technical questions like are you a us citizen and what not. But overall super easy.
