I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marshall Reddick Real Estate (Long Beach, CA) in Aug 2025
Interview
1) Gorilla test
2) Screening - turned down
The company missed our initial call, then rescheduled twice — only to no-show each time. They finally called on the fourth attempt. After some basic questions, the interviewer raised concerns about my one hour commute and said the company prefers to hire from nearby cities. When I mentioned I was open to relocating, she asked whether I'd be moving alone, which felt intrusive for a first conversation.
Despite my 10+ years of PHP (Laravel) experience and Salesforce integrations, my lack of SuiteCRM experience seemed to disqualify me—raising the question of whether they reviewed my resume at all.
Overall, the process was disorganized, unprofessional, and overly personal. I'm honestly relieved not to move forward with them.

Interview
It was a good overall experience. I successfully went through a couple of interview rounds and felt positive about the process, but unfortunately, I did not receive any further response or follow-up communication from the company afterward.
