Interview
There wasn't a formal one. You just get offered the position. It is easiest to become a tutor, just need the GPA requirement. You have to be a member of BSK which is the honor society. Then you can tutor classes as you wish per qaurter.
It was very straightforward and pleasant interacting with the interviewers. Interview took place virtually and was made a comfortable environment. They also answered all questions I had at the end of the interview thoroughly and left me with no doubt by the end of it all.
