I applied on line and was contacted by a talent recruiter. An interview was set up after checking our schedules for an available time. The interview was conducted by three people. The interview questions were similar to others I have been asked in the past. The overall impression I got was that they were trying to determine if you were a good fit in regards to the culture of the company. They were already aware of my skill set so this seemed a logical. The interviewers were professional but relaxed.
