I applied through university. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
I applied online and reached out to a contact at the office I applied at, then received an email that I wasn't moving forward through the interview process. Four days before their super day, I received a text from their university recruiter asking me to come in and interview. 8 other people interviewed that day, I believe. Each of us were in a conference room and 4 interviewers came in at separate times for 30 minute interviews. They had set questions and took notes as to your answers. Each of the interviewers stuck to their specific questions and left some time for their own at the end. At the end of the 4 interviews, we got to ask current associated questions.

Question 1
When was a time you had to build strong rapport with someone quickly?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2018
Interview
The interview process was very easy. The initial HR screening interview was a bit odd, as it was done via HireVue. HireVue is a video program where you are interviewed by pre-recorded questions and the application videos your answer to each question. Once I completed the HireVue interview, I was reached out to a few days later to discuss in-office interviews. I interviewed in their Atlanta office with three different people, and I was offered the position.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (Atlanta, GA) in May 2018
Interview
Fairly informal, but very candid and informative. I had previously worked for this company, having just taken a five year hiatus in a different field/industry, so my experience probably differs quite a bit from others here.
