Interview
Applied online, then was invited to an open house to see roles available. Finished with a zoom interview to meet with three interviewers. The first interviewer seemed uninterested from the beginning and was acting like I interrupted her while she was reading reports while she was supposed to be interviewing me. The following two interviewers were welcoming and seemed more engaged.

The first interview is an online one way interview and there are 5 total questions. The second interview is done via a zoom call for about 30 minuets. communication from the company may be delayed but they will respond.

Interview
The interview process has four stages: The initial stage (1) is your application. If your cv has passed the applicant tracking system then stage (2) involves a video interview, I was asked to answer ten questions (4 video questions, 3 written responses, 3 multiple choice). Stage (3) is a pychometric test that comprises of 3 parts (culture fit, math and abstract reasoning). Stage (4) is the final round panel interview. The recruiter sent me an email with a link inviting me to schedule a time of my chosing on a pre-selected day to attend the interview.
