Online video recordings, basic questions asked about situations you have experienced and what you have learned. Also asked about your major and what is the most important thing you have learned in school.
It was through an online interview app. I was asked 5 questions and had to answer through a video. Questions were pretty standard, it was more of your professional experience and how you handle pressure and changes.

Interview
Applied online. Received an email 3 weeks later telling me to expect a call from HR within the next 10 days; did not receive any. I followed up and a call was scheduled with HR a couple weeks later. Did the interview and I thought it went relatively well. Did not receive any feedback so I sent follow-up emails several times but to no avail.. Very unprofessional and truly appalling..

Initial video interview using Hirevue, then a gamified behavioral assessment by Arctic Shores, then a final interview with senior officers. Overall, a very comprehensive interview process and really up to date with the technology.
