It was based in competencies and all the questions were made based in these competencies such conflict management, dealing with ambiguity, command skills, peer relationship, etc.
Also part of the interview was done in English. The interview generally have HR, the manager of the position and a manager from a different area.
Had to prepare detailed presentation, interview was competence based. Attended by hiring manager and one more peer. Asked general and role specific questions. No hard questions, no pressure, took it easy.

Setting up the interview took 2 weeks and then outcome took another 2 weeks. I was forced to give interviews at 6 am in the morning. Quite anarchy and bureaucratic HR and Hiring Managers.
