First interview via a system. You have about 5 questions to answer, one minute to prepare your answer, and 3 minutes to answer. You have 2-3 attempts to re-record if you are not satisfied. If you are selected after this first interview via system, you then have a panel interview (for me it was with the hiring managers, and then another one with team members/directors). The talent acquisition team is also available if needed.
