I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mars (Milan) in Mar 2022
Interview
The first part was completing an assessment, then a 1.5 hours auto interview divided in three parts - you answering three questions to the camera, and two "games". They are very tricky so pay attention, honestly you can have some problems when playing these games cause they are not properly developed and when trying to use click on something, it will not recognize your action. If they do not like you they will not have the minimum decency to reply to you, they will just ignore you, and this tells how bad this can turn into. Ghosting is the worst thing that can happen and no one deserves it, Mars should do a better job treating applicants better.
1 HR interview + 1 manager interview + Day (business case + managers interview)
On the interviews be prepared to be asked stupid questions and don't be too ambitious about your career aspirations lmao (#scared)
Business case:
Three technologies: extruder (electric), hot air dryer (gas), Process water heating unit. You are given metrics about running time, cost/hr, % of eenrgy savings, initial cost, CO2 emissions/kwh and the energy consumption in kwh. Compare all three projetcs and choose which one you want to present in front of the board (different types of managers such as vice pres of sales, sustainability leader, operations manager all with different work values)? So you need to create slides to present your business case. What you need to know is that the level of this business case is very easy with simplified data (everyone with a bachelor can do it) Yes, graduate programs have been designed for bachelor 'cause a MSc in UK is too expensive
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you feel if the mission you were was boring, what would you do, how would you overcome it? Would you feel frustated?

Interview
it’s just a 30mins Hirevue interview question where they gave u 3 questions. it’s not rly that hard and it’s pretty doable as the questions are quite straightforward. they gave u 1-2 minutes to prepare ur answer before you record them.
The e-assessment process at Mars was effective at testing general knowledge, adaptability, personality and problem solving. With a series of loaded questions, the interview process requires you to use critical thinking
